Our concept

The initial concept that we brainstormed was to create a curved plane which filled half of the screen vertically and 100% of it horizontally to create a horizon. This "globe" would rotate towards the camera with different, exciting and unknown aspects of Essex popping up on either side. The camera would pan to the left to take in the scenery, then to the right as more locations popped up.



The reason for this concept is to create the illusion or feeling that the viewer is on a small journey through Essex, and to surprise them at how diverse and attractive it can be.

Myself being from Essex my whole life, I have always had stereotypical comments made about that fact. I hope to create a video that will invite, inspire, educate and attract people about Essex, giving them somthing else to think about than what is currently percieved.
